Like most people I know I need to eat better but am very easy intimidated by the latest weight loss fads. In most cases the diet isn't feasible to use long term and most foods I never heard of or are very hard to find.
When I first received the book ' Clean Food Diet' to review I expected nothing less. I was pleasantly surprised when I began reading the book and it first began by explaining food. Putting together just recipes is fine but really with us struggling with weight loss we need to understand which foods give our bodies what it needs to support us throughout our days and life. The Clean Food Diet is easy to follow along with even for a multitask-er like me who has a short attention span.It is very well organized and the recipes are not only something easy to make they also go over well with kids and family members not looking to 'diet'. I really feel like this book empowered me to make better food choices. I will definitely be recommending friends and family check the book out! Once you read this book you need no other.
